Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with paddybck. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This policy sets out the terms and conditions under which you may return, exchange, or request a refund for items purchased through our online store. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Return Window

You have thirty (14) calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return request. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances, unless required by applicable law.

3. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unaltered condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be attached and intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, or branded wrapping.
  • You must provide a valid receipt, order confirmation email, or other verifiable proof of purchase.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, pet hair, fragrance, staining, or any other evidence of use.

paddybck reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If a returned item is received in a condition that does not satisfy the above requirements, it will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@paddybck.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and affix the provided shipping label.
  4. Ship the item within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your return authorisation.

Important: Items sent back without a prior return authorisation will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be processed. paddybck is not responsible for items lost in transit that were returned without authorisation.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during transit), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. paddybck is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Risk of loss passes to you once the return shipment leaves our facility (for outbound) or once you tender the package to the carrier (for returns).

6. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at support@paddybck.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will assess the claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may be reviewed but are not guaranteed to be accepted.

7. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
  • Gift cards and store credit vouchers.
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
  • Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags or original packaging.
  • Bundled items where only part of the bundle is returned.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, size, or colour, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of the replacement item. Prices are subject to change between the original purchase and the new order, and any price difference is the customer’s responsibility.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a returned item fails inspection (does not meet eligibility conditions), we will notify you and return the item at your expense. No refund will be issued.
  • If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@paddybck.com.

Chargebacks & Disputes: We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution with paddybck may result in the suspension of your account and refusal of future orders.

10. European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a delivery address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period. The item must still meet the eligibility conditions outlined in Section 3 above. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, paddybck’s total liability in connection with any return, refund, or exchange shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item(s) in question. paddybck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this policy or any return transaction.

12. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

paddybck reserves the right to refuse returns, withhold refunds, or suspend accounts if we detect patterns of abuse, including but not limited to: serial returns, wardrobing (wearing and returning), returning counterfeit or substituted items, or any other fraudulent activity. We may share information regarding fraudulent activity with law enforcement and fraud prevention services.

13. Policy Modifications

paddybck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this policy at any time without prior notice. The version of this policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
