1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and paddybck (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases or create an account on this website. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under the required age, you may only use this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

You further represent that you are not located in a country subject to trade sanctions or embargoes and that you are not on any restricted or denied parties list.

3. Account Responsibility

We reserve the right to:

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency indicated on the website and are exclusive of shipping, duties, taxes, and any other fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and import charges associated with your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed. A price displayed at the time of purchase does not bind us if it is clearly erroneous.

Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. If your payment is declined or reversed for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and suspend your account.

6. Orders & Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order. It does not constitute acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs only when the item is shipped and a shipping confirmation is issued.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
  • Pricing or product description errors.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
  • Multiple orders placed to circumvent quantity limits.
  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and delivery estimates provided at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. paddybck is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier. paddybck is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been tendered to the shipping carrier, unless we have offered package protection at checkout and you have elected to purchase it.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment of returned-to-sender packages may incur additional shipping charges at your expense.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Return Policy, the more specific provision shall prevail.

18. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website or products (“Dispute”), you agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting us at support@paddybck.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the Dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your notice.

If the Dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the Dispute to binding arbitration or to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, in accordance with applicable law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against paddybck.

Notwithstanding the above, paddybck retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

19. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, terminate or suspend your access to the website and your account for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
