1. Overview

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of all orders placed through the paddybck online store. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. This policy forms part of, and is to be read in conjunction with, our Terms of Service.

2. Processing Times

All orders are subject to a processing period before they are dispatched. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier.

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days from the date the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in our operating jurisdiction.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 (local time of our fulfilment centre) or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. During periods of high demand — including but not limited to product launches, promotional events, holiday seasons, and sale periods — processing times may be extended. paddybck will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays but is under no obligation to do so.

paddybck reserves the right to hold or delay any order for additional verification, including but not limited to payment verification, fraud screening, and address validation. We will attempt to contact you if additional information is required, but we are not liable for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

The following shipping options may be available at checkout, subject to destination and product eligibility. All delivery timeframes are expressed in business days and begin from the date of dispatch (not the date the order was placed):

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, and other factors beyond paddybck’s reasonable control. paddybck shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from shipping timeframes that exceed the estimates provided.

Shipping methods and rates displayed at checkout are determined by the destination address, package weight and dimensions, and the shipping option selected. paddybck reserves the right to change shipping methods, carriers, rates, and delivery estimates at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping Rates & Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and the shipping method selected. Any free shipping promotions apply only to the specific method, region, and order thresholds stated in the promotion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Shipping costs displayed at checkout are exclusive of any duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other import costs imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by paddybck under any circumstances (see Section 8).

paddybck reserves the right to adjust shipping rates at any time. The rate displayed and accepted at checkout will apply to that specific order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours from dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

paddybck is not responsible for:

  • Delays in tracking updates by the shipping carrier.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete tracking information provided by the carrier.
  • Failure to receive the shipping confirmation email due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or full inboxes.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within seven (7) business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@paddybck.com with your order number.

6. Shipping Address & Customer Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. paddybck is not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, returned to sender, or delivered to an incorrect address as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • Address errors: If you realise your shipping address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@paddybck.com. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or been handed off to the carrier. Address corrections requested after dispatch are subject to the carrier’s policies and any additional fees, which will be charged to the customer.
  • Returned-to-sender packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order. paddybck reserves the right to deduct reshipping costs from any refund if you choose not to have the item reshipped.
  • PO Boxes & military addresses: We may not be able to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations depending on the carrier. If your address is unserviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address. If no suitable alternative is provided within five (5) business days, the order may be cancelled and refunded minus any non-recoverable shipping costs.

7. Risk of Loss & Transfer of Title

Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery of the package to the first shipping carrier. paddybck is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the package once it has been tendered to the carrier, except where paddybck has offered and the customer has purchased optional package protection at checkout.

For the avoidance of doubt:

  • Packages marked as delivered: If tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, paddybck is not liable. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim. You may also file a report with your local authorities. paddybck may, at its sole discretion, assist in the investigation but is under no obligation to replace the item or issue a refund.
  • Packages lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement or delivery confirmation for a period exceeding fifteen (15) business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Any resolution — including reshipping or refund — is at paddybck’s sole discretion and subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome.
  • Stolen packages: paddybck is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery option that requires a signature upon delivery if available in your region.

8. International Shipping, Customs & Duties

paddybck ships to select international destinations. International orders are subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. paddybck has no control over customs processing times and is not liable for any such delays.

Duties, taxes & import charges: All customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. paddybck does not collect, estimate, or reimburse these fees.

Refused shipments: If you refuse delivery of an international order due to customs charges or for any other reason, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties incurred. Any refund issued will be reduced by these costs. If the return costs exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.

Customs declarations: paddybck is required to declare the full value of all items on customs forms. We will not mark items as “gifts,” undervalue packages, or falsify customs declarations under any circumstances. Requests to do so will be declined.

Restricted & prohibited items: Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in your country. It is your responsibility to verify that the items you order are permitted for import into your destination country. paddybck is not liable for orders that are seized, destroyed, or returned by customs authorities.

9. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Packages

Shipping carriers typically make a limited number of delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package may be held at a local collection point or returned to paddybck, depending on the carrier’s policy.

  • If a package is held at a collection point, you are responsible for collecting it within the timeframe specified by the carrier. Packages not collected within this period will be returned to us.
  • If a package is returned to paddybck as unclaimed, we will contact you. Reshipping the order will be at your expense. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs incurred.

10. Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery

Please inspect your package and its contents immediately upon delivery. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, or if items are missing from your order, you must:

  1. Document the damage with clear photographs of the outer packaging and the affected item(s) before discarding any packaging materials.
  2. Contact us at support@paddybck.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

Claims for damaged or missing items submitted after the 48-hour window may be reviewed but are not guaranteed to be accepted. paddybck reserves the right to request that damaged items be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim has been fully resolved. We may require the original packaging for the carrier’s damage investigation.

11. Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us at support@paddybck.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, however:

  • Modifications or cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched.
  • Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You will need to follow our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
  • paddybck is not obligated to accept cancellation requests for custom, personalised, or made-to-order items at any stage of processing.

12. Package Protection

paddybck may offer optional package protection at checkout, provided by us or a third-party provider. If purchased, package protection covers loss, theft, and damage during transit in accordance with the specific terms of the protection plan selected.

If you did not purchase package protection, claims for loss, theft, or damage during transit are subject to the carrier’s claims process. paddybck is not obligated to replace items or issue refunds for unprotected shipments lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

13. Shipping Restrictions

paddybck reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain regions, addresses, or countries at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Compliance with applicable trade sanctions, embargoes, and export control laws.
  • Elevated fraud risk associated with certain destinations.
  • Carrier limitations or surcharges for remote or hard-to-reach areas.
  • Product-specific shipping restrictions (e.g., hazardous materials, oversized items).

If your destination is restricted, we will notify you and attempt to offer an alternative. If no alternative is available, the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

14. Force Majeure

paddybck shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or disruption in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, customs holds, embargoes, sanctions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, carrier disruptions, supply chain failures, cyberattacks, extreme weather, power outages, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, delivery estimates may be extended indefinitely and paddybck shall have no liability for resulting delays.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, paddybck’s total liability arising out of or in connection with shipping, delivery, loss, theft, or damage to any package shall not exceed the shipping fees paid by the customer for the affected order. paddybck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to shipping or delivery, including but not limited to lost profits, missed deadlines, spoiled goods, or any costs incurred as a result of delayed or failed delivery.

16. Policy Modifications

paddybck reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of this policy in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to that transaction. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
